According to new regulation of Thailand Immigration, all passengers, who are holding VN's platinum card and Skyteam's elite plus card, are travelling on economy class will temporarily stop using priority services at immigration's entry at BKK airport.
Business class passengers and passengers who are classified as special cases such as: over 65-year-old people, under 2-year-old children, monks, customers with diplomatic passport and official passport with still be able to use priority services at immigration's entry.
Note: Customers who are eligible to use priority immigration's exit service are unchanged (including customers who are listed above, Skyteam's elite plus and VN's platinum customers).
