Hanoi, April 10, 2018 – Due to strikes held by labor unions at AF and SNCF on April 10th-11th, April 17th-18th, and April 23th-24th 2018, our flight schedules will be affected, including codeshare Vietnam Airlines flights operated by Air France.

To assist affected passengers on Air France flights connecting with SNCF train, Vietnam Airlines offers the following options:

         - If you reschedule to travel only with flights operated by Vietnam Airlines and/or with code-share flight numbers from VN2000-VN2999, you may make a one-time change for your ticket without change fee and without any fare, tax, fee or surcharge difference.

         - If you reschedule to travel with Vietnam Airlines flights combined with flights operated by other airlines, including codeshare flight numbers from VN3000-VN3999, you may make a one-time change for your ticket without change fee. Any difference in fare, tax, fee or surcharge between your original ticket and the new ticket will be collected.

         - If you wish to cancel your trip as a result of flight cancellation or misconnection due to the strikes, you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your ticket without refund restriction.

      Refunds will be made within 07 days after the strike is closed.
