Miles Conversion Mechanism
- Shinhan Visa Hi-point Credit Card Standard, Gold and Platinum: 280,000 points = 1,000 Lotusmiles award miles.
- Shinhan Travel Platinum Credit Card: 01 Shinhan mile = 01 Lotusmiles award mile.
- Shinhan Visa Signature Credit Card: 280,000 points = 1,000 Lotusmiles award miles.
Redemption Channel:
Members can convert Shinhan points into Lotusmiles award miles via Shinhan branches/transaction offices or Customer Service Center at 19001577.
