Silver, Titanium, Gold and Platinum members may redeem miles for award tickets on flights with Vietnam Airlines or airline partners, and for the products or services of our GLP partners.

The required documents to submit GLP are:

• Booking record: Please contact Vietnam Airlines office to make reservation for your award ticket. You can check the booking classes for award ticket.
  
• Award Request Forms and Other Forms (if needed)
• Copy of Passport or Identify card.

Procedure for award ticket:

1. Submit completed Award Request Form with booking reservation together with a copy of member's identity card/passport directly to Vietnam Airlines’ branch offices inside Vietnam or abroad or mail/email/fax it to the GLP Center prior to the departure at least 05 days (Apply to Platinum and Gold Members) and 07 days (Apply to Titanium and Silver Members). You can send online Award request and see award information on the website (Access to your account, click “Award Redemption”);
2. The E-Award Certificate or other relevant information will be sent to your email address within 3-7 days once your award request is approved;
3. Present your E-Award Certificate Number together with your membership card and ID (or Passport) at the chosen booking office to receive your Award Ticket.

Notes:

• Check your Account Statement to see how many valid accumulated miles you have, and choose a suitable award
• In case a GLP member need to get an award but your account is lacking some miles. You can increase your miles by buying miles or transferring miles.
• Please indicate at which Vietnam Airlines’ booking office you wish to pick up your award.
• In case Gold members and Platinum Members request an award for family or friend, please complete and sign a Redemption Group Form.
• In case you wish another person to pick up your award, the authorized person must present his/her ID (or Passport) together with Authorization Paper Form , E-Award Certificate Number and member’s ID (or Passport) and membership card to receive your Award Ticket.
• If you have not received your Award Certificate three to seven days after the date of sending Award Request, please contact us the GLP Center or the nearest Vietnam Airlines’ booking office.

• Award Request for MobiFone bill deduction cannot be canceled and to be deducted in next month’s MobiFone bill when your award is approved.
