(1) The Platinum, Gold and Titanium Members are benefited from reservation privilege when purchasing tickets on Vietnam Airlines operated flights and VN coded. They should buy full fare Economy Class and making reservations in the following regular subclasses as belows:
Japan, Korea, France, Germany, Russia routes: W, Y
Other international routes: Y
Domestic flights between Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City: Y, W, S, G, B, H, K.
(2) The ranking priorities are VIP, CIP, Platinum members, Gold members, and Titanium members.
(3) Platinum and Gold members may designate and transfer awards to maximum 7 people who are registered in the Redemption Group Form. After the first designation, you can change this list free of charge once a calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December). For each extra change or addition in the calendar year, 3,000 miles will be deducted from your account.
(4) Upgrade award is applied to the tickets that have all itineraries with Vietnam Airlines (carrier code is VN in the air-ticket).
(5) Members are required to present infant’s birth certificate upon receiving the award.
