To start earning miles, you must firstly enroll to be a member of the GLP program. Golden Lotus Plus members have a lot of opportunities to earn miles as follows:

• Earning Miles with Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam Airlines: GLP members at all tiers (Register, Silver, Titanium, Gold and Platinum) can accumulate miles by flying on eligible booking class of any airline that is member of SkyTeam and Vietnam Airlines’ eligible flights. 

  
  

• Earning Miles when consuming services with non-airline partners: Silver, Titanium, Gold and Platinum members have more chances in earning miles while consuming of goods or services supplied by GLP Program partners including hotel, banking, shopping and telecommunication partners.

  
  

• In addition, Members are offered substantial opportunities to get bonus miles during promotion campaigns or other special occasions.
  

• No miles will be earned for award tickets, agency / industry /special discount tickets and tickets booked under infant fares. Please check the eligible booking classes on Vietnam Airlines, SkyTeam Airlines on this website or check with your travel agent or the relevant airline booking office before making a reservation to determine the eligibility of your booking fare for mile accrual.

• Book under your name as it appears in your passport and Golden Lotus Plus membership records.

• Quote your Golden Lotus Plus Membership Number at the time of making reservation or purchasing services of GLP’s non-air partners.

• Present your Golden Lotus Plus Membership Card upon check-in at the airport. 

• If you are checking in online, login at www.vietnamairlines.com using your Golden Lotus Plus Membership Number and Password. 

• It may take up to 4 weeks after your flight for miles to be credited into your Golden Lotus Plus account. 

• To see if your miles have been credited, please login at 'GLP member login' to check your Golden Lotus Plus statements.
