To see if your miles have been credited, please check your monthly Golden Lotus Plus Account statements sent to your email.

If miles have not had been accrued after your flight or your consumption service of Golden Lotus Plus’ partners, please contact Golden Lotus Plus and provide the following documents:

• Original boarding pass with flight ticket receipts if missing miles accrued on flights; or
  
• Invoices of Golden Lotus Plus’ partners if missing miles accrued on non-airline partners

Valid periods for claiming missing miles:

• Vietnam Airlines flights: claim is valid within 12 months from the flight date.

• GLP air partners:
  

• Korean Air, Aeroflot, Delta Air Lines, China Southern Airlines, Czech Airlines, Aeromexico, Tarom, Air Europa, China Eastern: claim is valid within 12 months from the flight date.

• Air France, Royal Dutch Airlines, Kenya Airways, Air Alitalia: claim is valid within 06 months from the flight date.

• GLP non-air partners: claim must be within 6 months from the date of transaction with GLP non-air partners.

• Please safely store your original boarding pass and all the eligible invoices until miles credit for the corresponding activities have been confirmed on the account statement.
• Mile accrual is only available to passengers enrolled in Golden Lotus Plus program.
• Mile accrual is not available for any flight taken prior to Golden lotus Plus membership enrollment.
• Miles equivalent to one person who has name on the airlines ticket are accrued even if the member is required to purchase two or more seats (extra seat, cabin baggage, stretcher, ect.) or to purchase for the other one.
• GLP members have to present membership card each time of making reservation, checking-in at the airport and using services of GLP’s non air-partners.
