For tickets purchased online, you can login to http://www.virtuallythere.com/VN using your Reservation Code to retrieve and reprint your eTicket.You should carry your eTicket at all times for both international and domestic flights.
2. Can I change my travel date and itinerary? There are many types of fares, each with different restrictions. Change of travel date and/or itinerary is subject to the conditions associated with the fare and seat availability
3. Where can I change my ticket itinerary when I am traveling outside Vietnam? You can contact our local office.
4. Can I request to change my ticket at a travel agent other than the travel agent that issued my ticket? It is not possible. You need to contact the travel agent that issued your ticket or the nearest Vietnam Airlines office.
