• Please enter exactly name, departure airport, reservation code or flight number.

• Your booking has not been confirmed.

• Please contact booking offices or agents of VNA for confirmation..

• Your e-ticket is not issued or it is invalid.

• Please contact booking offices or agents of VNA.

• There are more than one electronic ticket for sameone segment.

• Please contact  booking offices or agents of VNA to make sure your ticket is issued correctly upon your flight.

• Your name is similar to another passenger in this flight.

• Please go to check-in counter at the airport.

• Your booking is accompanying infants (under 02 years) or requiring Medical Assistance.

• Please go to check-in counter at the airport.

• You have requested special services (except special meal).

• Please go to check-in counter at the airport.

• Your companion group is too large. Web check-in is available for check-in maximum 09 persons per each transaction.

• Please retry and divide your group into smaller ones to make sure that you use Web check-in for maximum 09 persons per each transaction.

• Your flight is not operated by Vietnam Airlines.

• Please go to check-in counter at the airport.

• Your tickets are FOC ticket, ID/AD ticket.

• Please go to check-in counter at the airport.
