Web Check-in is a user-friendly program that you will find easy instructions on screens through the following consequent steps:

• Enter exactly your name as shown on e-ticket (First/middle/last name and spaces), departure airport, reservation code or flight number.
  

• Check your flight information displayed on the screen: names, departing/arriving cities, departing/arriving times. For Golden Lotus Plus members, please click button “FF NUMBER” to enter your member ID

• Choose your seats on the seat-map screen.

• Upon completing all above steps, the system will show your Boarding pass for your printing. Print the boarding pass in A4 sized paper to complete your check-in process.
