For passengers using Web check-in, please be advised that:

• In all case, you must have enough time to complete all procedures at the airport. You must present your Self-Print Boarding Pass for confirmation at least 45 minutes prior to departure time. If you fail to confirm your Self-Print Boarding Pass by that time, your Web check-in will be canceled.

• Web check-in can be completed only when you get your Boarding pass printed for  boarding your flight at the airport.

  If you fail to print your boarding pass or it is not printed properly, you can return to Web check-in and re-enter your name and reservation code or flight number for re-printing your Boarding pass.

• When implementing Web check-in, passengers must follow Vietnam Airlines's Baggage Handling Regulations (Baggage Information)
  

• There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to check in online:

• Enter incorrect name, departure airport, reservation code or flight number.

• Enter incorrectly your name as shown on e-ticket (First/middle/last name and spaces)
  

• Your booking has not been confirmed.

• Your e-ticket has not been booked.

• You have more than one electronic ticket for same segment.

• Your name is similar to another passenger in this flight.
  
• Your booking is accompanying infants (under 02 years) or requiring Medical Assistance. For these cases, you must proceed to airport for check-in.
• Your companion group is too large. The maximum of passengers for each Web Check-in transaction is 09 persons.
  
• Your flight is not operated by Vietnam Airlines.

• Your tickets is free of charge or discounted for staff and relatives.

• As our Web check-in is aimed at providing the convenience for passenger when traveling with Vietnam Airlines, we try our best to reserve your checked-in seat when your Web check-in is completed and confirmed on time at the airport.

However, in certain cases concerning flight safety/security or other necessary situations, Vietnam Airlines reserve the right to request Web checked-in passenger to check-in again at the airport’s counter, change position of seat without prior notice. For the flight safety, Vietnam Airlines seek your understanding if these situations occur.
