Vietnam Airlines is pleased to present our Web check-in service, a convenient way to check-in for your flights. Web Check-in (or Internet check-in) allows you to check-in online for your flights with any computers connected to internet and accessed to Vietnam Airlines website.
Web check-in is available from 20 to 04 hours before flight departure time. You can select your flights, select your seat and print boarding pass by self to complete the check-in.
At the airport, Web checked-in passengers are required to present at the Web check-in counter at least 45 minutes prior to departure time with your Self-Printed Boarding Pass. Vietnam Airlines' staff will check your identification documents and confirming your Web check-in by stamping the Confirmation on your Self-Printed Boarding Pass before you can proceed to security counter and boarding gate.
Web check-in is applicable for passengers with:
Confirmed booking
Valid eTicket.
No checked baggage.
Web check-in is applicable for following flights:
Currently, Vietnam Airlines' Web check-in apply for all Vietnam Airlines domestic flights departing from Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), Da Nang International Airport (DAD) and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). We will expand the Web check-in to applying for more Vietnam Airlines flights/routes in the coming time.
Web check-in will not be available for the following cases:
Passengers with special services requests (except for special meals request).
