Vietnam Airlines is pleased to present our Web check-in service, a convenient way to check-in for your flights. Web Check-in (or Internet check-in) allows you to check-in online for your flights with any computers connected to internet and accessed to Vietnam Airlines website.

Web check-in is available from 40 to 02 hours before flight departure time. You can select your flights, select your seat and print boarding pass by self to complete the check-in.

At the airport, Web checked-in passengers are required to present at the Web check-in counter at least 45 minutes prior to departure time with your Self-Printed Boarding Pass. Vietnam Airlines' staff will check your identification documents and confirm your Web check-in by stamping the Confirmation on your Self-Printed Boarding Pass  before you proceed to security counter and boarding gate.

•  Web check-in is applicable for passengers with:

• Confirmed booking

• Valid eTicket.
• Web check-in is applicable for following flights: Currently,Web Check-in is applicable for Vietnam Airlines domestic and international flights departing from the following cities:

• Busan (PUS)

• Danang (DAD)

• Hanoi (HAN)

• Ho Chi Minh city (SGN)

• Kuala Lumpur (KUL)

• Phnom Penh (PNH)

• Siem Reap (REP)

• Seoul Incheon Intl (ICN)

• Vientiane (VTE)

• Singapore - Changi Airport (SIN)

• Tokyo - Narita Airport (NRT)

• Jakarta (JKT)
  
• Web check-in will not be available for the following cases:
• Passengers with special services requests (except for special meals request).

• Deportee, inadmissible passengers.

• Passengers travelling with infants under 02 years.
  

• Passengers with FOC, ID, AD tickets.
