Among those things, fare listings are for general information only and do not reflect current seat availability.

i. Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law to these Conditions of Use shall be the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

2. Criteria and Conditions for Online Booking

a. Applicability:
This section applies specifically to the booking functions available on this site. When using Vietnam Airlines’ online booking facility to make a reservation, you signify your agreement to all applicable terms, conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the Conditions of Use. If this is not your intention and/or you disagree with any part of applicable terms and conditions, DO NOT USE this facility.

b. Terms and conditions of using online booking facility:
1) The online booking facility is only for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the online booking facility.

2) The online booking facility is solely to assist you in displaying the availability of travel-related services and to make legitimate reservations. Abuse of the online booking facility may cause you to be denied of accessing and/or using it.

3) All applicable terms and conditions will fully apply to your reservation and purchase of services as well as all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the online booking facility.

c. Rules for Online Booking

1) Reservations can be made for up to 6 passengers.
2) Children (from 2 to below 12 years  at the time of traveling on the first flight) must travel with an accompanying parent/authorized person. Tickets booked must be made under the same reservation
3) Infants without seat (under 2 years at the time of traveling on the first flight) will be issued a ticket at a discount of 90% off applicable adult fare.
4) Children (from 2 to under 12 years at the time of traveling on the first flight) will be issued a ticket at a discount of 25% off applicable adult fare.
5) Reservations are subject to the availability of seat and fare.
6) For refund of your ticket(s) purchased online, you can contact the nearest Vietnam Airlines Ticketing office or fill in the Refund Request form and email to refund-online@vietnamairlines.com The refund will be credited directly to the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets.
7) If the credit card holder is in the traveling party, the credit card must be verified at check-in of the first flight or at Vietnam Airlines Ticketing Offices. If the credit card holder is NOT in the traveling party, the credit card must be verified at Vietnam Airlines Ticketing Offices before traveling.
8) For ticket changes including rebook, reroute, ticket extension, please contact the nearest Vietnam Airlines Ticketing office.
9) Carriage and other services performed by Vietnam Airlines are subject to the Vietnam Airlines’ Conditions of Contract and Appendices and IATA General Conditions of Carriage, as amended by these Conditions of Use, which form part of and are to be read together with the Conditions of Contract and Appendixes and IATA General Conditions of Carriage. By making a reservation through the online booking facility, you agree to accept the VNA Conditions of Contract and Appendices and IATA General Conditions of Carriage and these Conditions of Use.

d. Other requirements
1) Travel to some destinations may require visa of which application is at your responsibility. A valid passport with expiry date in accordance with relating countries’ regulation may be required during your trip.
2) Fares include airport and passenger taxes which must be paid. Such information may be quoted with the fare, and included in the total amount. However, some airport service charges may not be given in this site.
3) You represent that you are of legal age to use the booking facility in accordance with these Conditions of Use and to have legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the online booking facility. You are financially responsible for all uses of this site by yourself and those using your login information. You will supervise all usage of the only booking facility under your name or account. You warrant that all information supplied by you and members of your household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.

e. Restriction of use
1) You will not use the online booking facility to make any unauthorized, speculative, false or fraudulent reservation.
2) You must not:
(i)  Resell the service of the online booking facility; or
(ii)  Use the online booking facility for any activity which breaches any law; or
(iii) Use the online booking facility in a way which interferes with its availability for other users; or
(iv)  Use other means to transact or obtain information if you are unable to use the online booking facility.
If Vietnam Airlines, in its sole discretion, believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these restrictions, reserves its right to cancel your booking without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you.
